Green and social prescribing are becoming more popular and now is the time to develop the skills you need to get into the sector. Volunteering for just 3 days a week you will engage with vulnerable adults, support the delivery of practical volunteering sessions and help monitor the project’s success. So, if you’re an outgoing target-driven person who loves to meet new people, enjoys working outdoors and wants to help protect Cheshire’s wildlife then this is the role for you!

Hours: Minimum commitment of 2 days per week

The Role: We’re looking for two dynamic people to join our Membership Recruitment Team as a face-to-face recruiter working at various pre-booked venues and events across Cheshire to spread the message about our work and sign up new members.

Applicants of all ages are encouraged to apply, and we provide you with full training, a uniform, equipment and ongoing support. This is a field-based role so you’ll need to be self-motivated, proactive in your approach, reliable and enjoy working outdoors.

You’ll need to be able to inspire the public about the amazing conservation work we do and encourage them to become a member by signing up to a regular, long term donation.

You don’t need to be knowledgeable about wildlife or have a sales background but it helps if you have.

As you will need to travel throughout your area, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (insured for business use).

Due to the nature of events you will be required to work regular weekends and bank holidays.
