A group of passionate environmental educators specialising in delivering environmental education and Forest Schools.

We work with Mums and Tots, and children from early years and on into key stage 1, 2 3 and 4 as well as teachers and further and higher education establishments.

The team also runs holiday Wildplay and clubs and other family events.

The Assistant Freelance Environmental Educator will sit within the People and Wildlife Team working to assist the team in delivering outdoor education sessions at busy times to enable the team to satisfy the increasing demand for their services. If appointed you will be expected to undergo a DBS check.

You will assist in the delivery of outdoor learning environmental education sessions to schools during term time and subject to demand – predominantly for Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes, but also occasionally Key Stage 3 and above. You will also be expected to, assist deliver Nature Tots for cares and toddlers in term time, help deliver Wildplay sessions for families in school holidays and help with other family events throughout the year.

We are especially looking for individuals confident in working with Early Years.

You will need a clean driving licence and own vehicle available and insured for business use.
